I join my outgoing Chairman in welcoming all of you as I expect to gain a
lot from your experiences and practices. Though can't recall faces I
believe  I met most of you during the just concluded ICANN 57 at Hyderabad,
and I trust I will soon meet you again in a different function I also urge
that whenever anyone of you and the rest of NCUC membership fraternity
decides to visit Nairobi Kenya, you kindly let me know so that I can
welcome you to my home Country.
