[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Consultation] Reminder: Second reading round for bylaws change

Dear all,
I've compiled a document that has a table for comparing the old bylaws, and
the latest clean version (that last attachment out of the three Rafik
sent). This is the way we change crucial documents in Effi and Open
Knowledge Finland to get a clear view of the changes being considered.
After doing this, the mistakes become rather more obvious and there are
quite a few, mostly on numbering and lettering of different sections. Now I
feel I can concentrate on the content itself, which is of course way more
important.
I would suggest we'd use this approach in the NCUC in the future, to have a
clear comparison. Just let me know and I can prepare one for future
collaboration too. One can comment on different parts of the document just
like in our working version of the GoogleDoc. This is a new version to the
one I pasted on the Hyderabad Skype channel earlier, which was based on the
track changes, so please ignore that one. The "NEW" column should now have
the very latest version of the bylaws, we're going to submit to
consultation. I hope you find this useful for tomorrow's session.
