[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC election 2017: Nominations period OPEN

Thanks to Rafik and the NCUC EC,
In the short time I've been with you, I could notice the energetic critical
dynamics of this group.
I've known Farzi, since ICANN 53 and since then I've been with her on
different working groups. Noticing her clear knowledgeable position, makes
me join the others in supporting her hoping she can afford the time to
accept the role of the Chair.
