[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Elsa Saade for NCUC EC - Asia-Pacific region

Dear friends,

I would like to nominate Elsa Saade to Executive Committee seat for Asia--Pacific. 

Elsa is young activist from Lebanon working for Gulf Center for Human Rights and so working with human defenders in countries like Bahrain and Syria, and in the middle east in general.  

She joined NCUC few months ago but was already vocal in public forum at ICANN meetings.  

She will bring her experience working with activists and NGOs in the region, which fits to Executive Committee role.
