Hi Hiba,
Thanks for the message. it is an issue about access and what kind of
workarounds on those cases.
as matter of clarification, ncuc.chat is not an ICANN platform.
however I acknowledge the issues related to tools (basically licenses) in
countries subject to US embargos.
