However, because programs like the NextGen (and to a lesser extent, the
Fellowship) - not to mention the RALO and SO/AC/Constituency Outreach
activities - are regionally focused/targeted, there should be internal
flexibility/adjustments made to realign/adapt some of these programs
accordingly.
