[NCUC-DISCUSS] 2017 ICANN Meetings

Hi

The 3 upcomings meetings in Europe are a concern for the LAC region. This
has been continuosly expressed and we do hope San Juan continues to be the
home of ICANN57. However, an official confirmation would be great.
Outreach efforts in LAC lost a lot due to these actions.
