Hi,


I should have said, when the Nomcom is next reviewed, I hope people
mention it.

We tried last year to convince the Board, but they said, no: wait until
it is reviewed, restructured or otherwise fixed.


Last nomcom review ended in 2012.  Is it time again yet?
