[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Announcement] Travel Support Award

Hello everyone.

         I am sorry I have not been able to respond to this mail in good
time, this not out of ignonorance but is due to the fact that I had
travelled upcountry thus been out of reach for the last three days for I
had no access to the internet.


I hereby pass my gratitude to the EC and the entire membership for giving
me an opportunity to pacipate Marrakesh ICCAN meeting next month. I also
hereby submit my acceptance for the travel support and kindly request for
an urgent inivitation letter so as to enable me to start working for the
visa and other logistic for travel to Morrocco.


I have already visited the consulate page for Morrocco visa in Kenye (
http://www.travelshoppe.co.ke/morocco-visa-requirements/) and found the
following requirement for visa;


For business/meeting an invitation letter/fax from Morocco to attend a
meeting or letter /fax from Moroccan company that you are going to deal
with: this should indicate who is going to pay for the expenses/
ccommodation.



    Hotel booking in Morocco (written confirmation from your travel agent
in Kenya or Morocco.



For further information, please call embassy of morocco between 9am and 3pm
from Monday – Thursday (Friday until 1 pm)



For this matter I also kindly request for a list of the cheapest hotels so
as to enabe me generate hotel booking confirmation for visa purposes.



Again I appreciate being selected to receive this year’s travel support and
hereby pledge ny fully participation for I feel honored.
