Thanks a million Rafik for all the efforts you have provided to NCUC as a
Chair. You have left us a great team spirit and positive vibes that we will
do our best to keep.

I will always keep in mind how I joined NCUC after ICANN55 in Morocco and
that was because you were very convincing and inspiring.

Thanks a lot again for everything :)
