Thanks Rafik, and welcome to a massively gender-unequal EC :-)
As a sign of the maturity of this community (and countering the trend in ICANN, too), we manage to elect a majority of women to rule us, which I cannot help but see as a good sign ;-)
I say this with no intent to diminish the excellent (male and female) candidates that put their name into the hat: thanks to all of you for having contributed to give meaning to this election process.
Good luck to the new EC, and many many thanks to the old one for your hard work.

I want to thank first everyone for participating the NCUC election and to candidates for running and volunteering to do so.
The voting ended in 4th December at 23:59UTC and you can find the results of voting below shared by the election officer.
In Summary, 208 votes were registered, 93 did not vote.

for the bylaws change with over 40% of eligible voters casting their ballot and over 2/3 voting for the approval, the new draft is adopted will be shared with ICANN staff to continue the process as explained here http://www.ncuc.org/governance/bylaws/bylaws-revision-2016/
