[NCUC-DISCUSS] ICANN57 High Interest Topics due by 18 August

If anyone has any further amendments to suggest on this proposal for a
High Interest Topic at ICANN 57 on DNS and content regulation
(intermediary liability, private enforcement, etc), the extended
submission deadline is coming up on Thursday.  The draft again:

Rafik, will you be submitting this (and getting any approval from the
NCUC Policy Committee that may be needed? - not sure how this works).
