Subject: [NCUC-DISCUSS] Results of selection for NCUC travel support to ICANN meeting in Helsinki

Dear NCUC members,


Thank you to all who applied for the NCUC Travel Support for the ICANN56 Policy meeting in Helsinki in June 2016.

The Executive Committee is pleased to announce after review that travel Support has been awarded to the following 2 NCUC members:

  1.  Gangesh Varma, 1750 USD
  2.  Sana Ali , 1965 USD

These individuals have been awarded travel support based on the guidelines set out in the NCUC Travel Support Policy which can be found at: http://www.ncuc.org/participate/ncuc-travel-support/

The recipients of the travel award would be required to produce a report (blog post)  within 1 month after the meeting ; detailing the various sessions attended and what they took from it. The EC will be in touch with the recipients to make their attendance effective and useful.
