For “young scholars” from low and middle income countries within the
Asia-Pacific and Africa regions (as classified by the World Bank), here is a
funded programme to “learn more about and to contribute to Internet policy
debates.” The conference will run in Zanzibar in September, but applicants close
this week on 22 April. Good luck!
