[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Rafik Dammak As Chair of NCUC

Dear NCUCers,
With great honor and pleasure, I would like to nominate Rafik Dammak as Chair of NCUC for 2015-2016.
In the past two years, it has been witnessed that Rafik has lead NCSG going in a fairly well-organized way, making us a much stronger and robust unit.Hope he would continue to lead us in NCUC, contributing his knowledge and energy to keep NCUC going forward in the future.
