MM: Well it was a joke. And so is your message, right? I am indeed engaging in (tongue in cheek) negative ads.

That being said, None of the Above is not a person, but a required ballot option. Therefore it cannot be an ad hominem attack, as the hominem is missing. So if you would accuse me of ad hominem attacks I would invoke the habeas corpus doctrine. ;-)
