[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC Travel Awards for Buenos Aires

Congratulations to Arun Sukumar and James Gannon for being offered this
travel support, being one of the applicant I believe as Bill indicated the
EC had a hard time selecting the right choices and the those selected
represent interest of all of us I wish you all the best as I pass my
regards; to the EC.
