Hi,

In your analysis I think you miss that the IANA function Review Team
(IFRT) + the Separation Cross Community Working Group (SCWG) fill the
same role as the MRT and are composed simlarly.  It is the IRT that
decides whether separation is warranted, with community review and Board
approval (subject to escalation processes and high threshold for
rejection) and he SCWG that does the RFP and selection of a new operator.

I will leave the rest of the issues for the discussions to come.
