[NCUC-DISCUSS] What would "good" look like to you for ICANN in 2015?

I concur with Kathy .
 The human rights aspect and impact tends to be watered down under the guise that it is not within the purview of ICANN which focuses on the domain name administration and policy.  I remember the time even “consumer rights was not seen as part of the ICANN agenda and fast forward civil society is now recognised as an important player in the ICANN multistakeholder approach.
