[NCUC-DISCUSS] IANA, Accountability, and Constituency Day in Singapore

Current news on two big time sensitive work streams NCUC/SG people are much involved in can be found from https://www.icann.org/stewardship-accountability <https://www.icann.org/stewardship-accountability>.  I have invited Larry Strickling and Fiona Alexander from the US NTIA to meet with us and discuss these crucial issues during NCUC’s  Tuesday 10 February Constituency Day meeting in Singapore.  It’d be good for us to be well prepared for that meeting and leverage the opportunity to press our concerns/positions.

I’m at another meeting and awaiting relevant replies from others so I won’t be able to post a final Constituency Day agenda for a couple more days.  If anyone has any suggestions of items we might try to fit into the agenda, please do let me know.  We will certainly devote a little time to the rebooting of the  Membership Affairs Team and the discussion about enhancing member engagement.  Beyond this, we have some wiggle room to focus on other items that won’t be covered in the NCSG Policy Committee and membership meetings.  The Cross Community WG on Internet Governance and related processes (e.g. the progress of the still problematic NMInitiative) might logical choices.
