We will try to include also the decisions that we take on email or Adobe Connect, to the best of our possibilities.

Yes. It would be nice if all significant EC decisions were documented
in meeting minutes. When they're actually made on the EC mailing list
that could be documented as an email meeting, or else the decision
could be mentioned in the minutes of the next teleconference or
physical meeting. It would make it much easier to follow the work
of the EC if all decisions could be found in one place.
