[NCUC-DISCUSS] Thanks Bill

While echoing all that is said here, I would like to add a personal note of
thanks to Bill, for his support and encouragement to new NCUC members. As
chair, Bill was singularly responsible for helping my case for
participation in several ICANN CCWG meetings, sometimes with NCUC support
and often putting me in touch with folks who could assist.

It takes a certain conviction to push a new face into the ICANN ecosystem
without any prior experience, move mountains in its bureaucracy and ensure
that new faces are invested enough in ICANN governance that they stick
around for the rest of the show.

Thanks Bill, for the trust you have reposed in several of us newbies, and
we owe you for your excellent stewardship of the NCUC during these
sensitive times.
