[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC 16th Anniversary Celebration in Dublin?

Hi Bill
Great idea indeed, but because it is coming very impromptu, if you ask me
before Dublin, we can keep it low, except if the funding of enlarged group
has no headache attached, and then look forward to something like a larger
'mask' event when NCUC turns 20 in 4 years time.

This means, EC may wish to include this in near future agenda backed up
with a committee to make it a grand event with an enlarged ICANNers invited
and NCUCers, precisely in a structured attendance laced with a number of
activities.
