Thanks Peter. But the version you sent wasn’t the latest, as it has a typo that was excised before the current web pasting.  Cagri, so as to unburden this list of attachments I will send you directly the “authoritative root” version for translation.  You may want to get a colleague or two to double check line by line to ensure conformity, more eyes is typically better with this.

Again, I would suggest that the folks who are interested in helping with translations going forward should join the Membership Affairs Team (MAT) at http://www.ncuc.org/participate/working-teams/ <http://www.ncuc.org/participate/working-teams/>.  Insofar as we may want to update the document once or twice a year as circumstances evolve and it’s important to ensure that all versions are in synch (which is why we’ve started listing the versions on the website, to keep track), more periodic back and forth may be needed and it would be better if we weren’t filling the mail members list with these mechanics messages.  Moving the conversation to the MAT would also be good were anyone to propose translating other materials.

Speaking of the MAT, the results of the survey we did are in and a summary with suggestions on ways forward are expected in the not too distant future.
