[NCUC-DISCUSS] ICANN FY15 Budget decisions of relevance to NCUC

Hi Bill,

I asked Fahd twice about this committee and affirmed that will take
decision. I suspect that there is misunderstanding and requested to know
who are the contact point among ICANN staff, those listed by Amr.
I do encourag to apply soon for those travel slots for this fiscal year
since the new should start in July. CROPP is still pilot program and may be
not renewed after FY15
