just a thank-you for posting the attachment as pain text, not requiring a
separate application to read (.pdf or .doc) or a recent web browser when
a link provided that just doesn't work in a older browser or lynx.

this is good for inclusiveness especially for developing countries where
fast connections and cost / byte is high as for some of us even in the USA
where a terminal session with a remote mail server is the ordinary way we
read e-mail.

of course in addition to a plain text included within the e-mail or a
plain text attachment, when someone is asking if readers can mark-up the
document in an interactive browser session, then also include the URL.

thanks again for the plain text this time and happy to see the great start
to the meetings.
