Subject: [NCUC-DISCUSS] An example of how NCUC work matters
Hi
I was just reading Kevin Murphy's piece on how the EU's Article 29 Data Protection Working Party (i.e. the data commissioners) has again complained to ICANN that the RAA provisions on WHOIS are contrary to the European Data Protection Directive, and couldn't help recalling that this trajectory began with a letter NCUC wrote to them a year and a half ago :-)
