[NCUC-DISCUSS] Singapore conference support

Hi

I probably should add some clarifications:

*Members are of course responsible to make their own hotel arrangements.  Obviously, the reservation for the 20th has to be a separate stand-alone reservation, we can’t deal with something that’s folded into a week long reservation with the rest funded via other means etc.
*Booking must be at the main conference hotel or somewhere cheaper.  Cheapest standard room available.
*People should email me a note with their hotel confirmation and come prepared with a proper typed and signed Invoice to NCUC stating this is for attendance at the NCUC conference.
*The above should be done by two weeks prior,  6 March, so that we have a compiled list and can back to everyone at once on the logistical details of payment or reimbursement, depending.  Our Treasurer, Milton Mueller, will be delighted to handle this and will figure out the most efficient least-hassle means of payment.  If everyone’s at the conference hotel maybe he will just go to the front desk with you and put it on a credit card, if people are elsewhere maybe he’d have to drag cash along…we’ll sort this out when we know who/where.
