[NCUC-DISCUSS] ICANN Singapore & the GNSO weekend meetings

Hi Bill,

There is a sense of agreement on the Council list that the strategic panels should be prominent discussion points during the weekend sessions. This is particularly true for the one Beth Novek is leading concerning the multistakeholder innovation panel. The Council will try to have her and other panel coordinators present for discussion. I believe that should be of interest to NCUC.
