[NCUC-DISCUSS] Fellowship Application Round Now Open for June 2015 ICANN Meeting in Buenos Aires

Great idea Joas .  ICANNSHPHERE is a maze to many especially new comers. A
great initiative ! This would prepare prospective fellows  to get on their
feet quicker and decide which community they fit in or otherwise.
