[NCUC-DISCUSS] Fellowship Application Round Now Open for June 2015 ICANN Meeting in Buenos Aires

Hi,

Definitely this is a worthy initiative. When I tried with fellowships some
time back no one around me to mentor or guide. I think it's better to wider
the scope of the program by targeting second and third fellowships attempts
too.
