[NCUC-DISCUSS] working on the NCSG comments on ICANN privacy policies

Hi folks, 
I know everyone is busy  and Netmundial threatens to block out all other thoughts....but we have a lot of work to do yet on the comments on the privacy policy.  Chris Parsons has inputted quite a few useful comments, which I plan to go over on the plane to Sao Paulo, and then perhaps draft the next chunk if noone else is going to do that..
