Curiously, one finds the netizen carrying "residual expression" on this
topic. Could it be that the individual acknowledges is caught between a
rock and a very hard place re: chilling retribution on personal online
communications, if spoke out loudly against it? It would appear to be a
global phenomenon regardless of their national "developed" status
classifications.
