[NCUC-DISCUSS] INAUGURAL NCUC BYLAWS REVISION MEETING THIS THURSDAY!

Hi Ed
Thanks for this. I've discovered that some messages from the bylaws list ended up in my spam folder, so I didn't see the Doodle. Unfortunately I'm busy Thursday night so I can't make it. I note that nobody else involved in the last bylaws revision or in subsequent discussions attempting to start one responded to the poll either, so you may have a shortage of institutional memory. Hopefully some veterans will see this and be able to join the call, but if not no worries we'll shoot for the next meeting (hopefully after rather than during IGF?). Is ICANN providing transcription?
For reference you might want to look at the Google doc I sent a pointer for to the bylaws list on 27 Sept., that was the last aborted discussion. Digging through folders I've also found versions Avri and Konstantinos started that try to integrate better with the NCSG charter. I'll send these to the bylaws list. It might be good to assemble and compare these as background.
Cheers,
Bill
