[NCUC-DISCUSS] Brazil meeting -- press release

It's a very problematic word when translating also from English to other languages, particularly Latin derived since the first connotation and interpretation is related to government which gives a complete different meaning.

I bet that in the future we will be able to write a book about all the Internet related conspiracy theories generated by misinterpretation. I better hit send before Obama flips the "kill switch."

Believe it or not some people are still arguing about the existence of the famous "switch."
