[NCSG-Discuss] [liaison6c] ICANN Schedule for Beijing is now posted

This (Kathy Kleiman's) is an accurate appreciation of the rationale for
commencing GAC Meetings early. There is nothing sinister about it.

The GAC is cognizant of the deadlines involved and is committed to meeting
them.
