I don't expect it to launch _before_ Durban, but (hopefully)
during it - as in, just before Constituency Day.

That is, we'll go on polishing it during the first days
of Durban (and it still won't be really shiny, but perhaps
not too many rough edges will remain).

Help would be welcome, by the way, especially from any
Wordpress gurus and/or people willing and able to dig up
historical ncuc materials.
