Great ! I am very glad to now more know about that concerns.
I definitively agree with Wendy's proposal to address this Letter to
ICANN Board.
But, I humbly think that the date mentioned in this letter merit to be
reajust to the real time ;-)
(11 January 2013 not 11 January 2012 ??)
