Scheduling upcoming monthly NCSG Open Policy Meetings

Please note the below date and times for the next 4 NCSG Open Policy
Meetings at which you are all invited to participate.

15 January (16:00 UTC)
12 February (21:00 UTC)
12 March (21:00 UTC)
9 April

Next month, the meeting times should become more convenient for
members in the Asia/Pacific region, and then after April we will hold
the monthly mtgs at a time more convenient for the European region
for a few months (shifting the time zones around every several months
to spread the inconvenience).
