[NCSG-Discuss] Please suggest proposed topics for discussion at Beijing ICANN meeting in April

Andrew's suggestions are very pertinent.

Also: Given the location I think the public forum should somehow address
the issue of state censorship, domaine takedowns and repressive use of
firewalls.
