Avri,

Thanks for the note. I will be glad to help, but being a member of 
this group since 1999, yet to be familiar with these articulations, 
such as NCSG, or its wings like NCUC or NPOC or others. If you 
require any assistance in a WG in relevance to my expertise in 
e-governance or I-governance (I am sure majority of the members of 
this group has) in developing economies, I will be glad to help.
