 This a reminder
 to vote in the current NCUC elections and as such, the
 ballots will be resent to help those that have not yet voted
 to vote and for those of you who have voted there is no need
 to vote again. However, if you do vote a second time, only
 the last ballot is counted.
 May
 I remind you of the note on the
 ballot:
 NOTES               
                 1. 
 Please note: it is permissible to vote more than once by
 resubmitting a ballot during the election period; only the
 last vote submitted ultimately will be
 counted.
                
                 2. 
 Each NCUC member is entitled to vote for the chair and for 1
 EC representative in each of the 5 ICANN geographic regions
 (i.e. up to six people). Each NCUC member's vote is
 weighted (in line with the NCSG
