[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC Primary Representative on the SCI

HI Bill,

I'm happy to help out.

It appears the agenda consists of some ongoing issues ( re-submitting a
motion, SCI Charter revision) so if we have any established position(s) I
should be advocating it would be helpful to know. I'll review transcripts
from the last few meetings and the meeting prep materials on Confluence
prior to commencement of the meeting. I'll do the best I can filling in.
