[NCUC-DISCUSS] China denies Nigeria delegate visa for ICANN public meeting

Dear all,
Nigeria will be missing in the forthcoming ICANN public meeting in China,
as the Chinese embassy here in Nigeria refused Nigerians entry visa,
including the official representation from the Nigeria Internet
Registration Association (NIRA), the manages of .ng ccTLD.
