9/25 14:00 EDT - NCSG membership candidacy call with Jeff Neuman RE: GNSO Council Chairmanship

Dear All:

The GNSO Council Chair seat will be vacated at the end of the Toronto
ICANN Meeting and the GNSO Council will elect a new GNSO Council
Chair and Vice-Chair for the next year.

There are currently 3 possible candidates on the GNSO Council to run
for the Chair position and they are amenable to speaking with NCSG
members about the chairmanship position.  So you are all invited to
participate in a call with each candidate to discuss his candidacy
for GNSO Council Chair position.  NCSG's 6 GNSO Councilors will vote
on the council chair in Toronto.

The current 3 possible (non-final) candidates for GNSO Council Chair
are:

Jeff Neuman (Registry Constituency)
Thomas Rickert (NomCom Apointee)
Jonathan Robinson (Registry Constituency)

The first candidacy call is between any interested members of the
NCSG and JEFF NEUMAN on Tuesday, 25 September at 14:00 EDT.   I'll
send the dial-out instructions to this list as soon as I have them,
as well as the times of the other 2 candidacy calls.

I hope you all will join in one or more of these calls to learn more
about the priorities and qualities of the candidates for the next
GNSO Council Chair.
