Nomination of Norbert Klein to NCUC Executive Committee - Asia Representative

Is it ok to second two nominations for the same position? That's a
tough one: Norbert has played a key role in the GNSO representing the
NCUC back in the times when we got only 3 seats in the council. His
expertise was crucial to navigate the GNSO police issues and I am
quite sure his advice would be very productive to the EC.
