NCUC annual election

I agree with this schedule of events. 

In addition, it should be noted that the NCUC Exec intends that the election ballot will also include a ratification vote for changes to the NCUC Charter. Primarily these changes will be designed to harmonize some aspects of the NCUC Charter with the NCSG Charter. But this may be a good time to reconsider any other changes to the charter. 

I'd also like to bring to the attention of the membership that several of the NCUC Regional Representatives on the NCUC Exec, including myself as Asia/Pacific/Australia rep, are term limited and will not be recontesting this election. The same applies to Africa and North America. If you are interested, please speak up!
