Request to nominees in upcoming NCUC election

The regions in the NCUC constitution are the same as the ICANN geographic regions (literally). So Latin America is Latin America/Caribbean, and Asia Pacific is Asia/Australia/Pacific. 
The NCUC regions will change if the ICANN ones do.
