Hi all - minutes of the last meeting for you.
For those interested, the motion on protection of the IOC/RC was not
passed, because of an abstention by Brian Winterfeldt. The issue is
not resolved, howver, because the motion is to be re-submitted for the
next Council meeting.

website as  approved, according to the GNSO Rules of Procedure

section  3.5  "If no objections are received within 10 days, the
minutes will be deemed  to have been approved for posting" on 29
November 2012.
