Fwd: [governance] Verisign seizes .com domain registered via foreign Registrar on behalf of US Authorities

Curious as to why these domain names seizures now seen to routinely take
place just around the corner to icann congregations? would it to get us
used to the idea and it's practice? or to pick our most hearty thoughts and
fiery emails on the same? dunno...
